Sour cream Chicken Enchiladas

This is my favorite, fast, and easy creamy white chicken enchilada recipe.  It can be prepared in a hurry and I can use canned chicken a dehydrated onions in a real pinch when nothing is in the fridge.  :)  Enjoy!   Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
